Forgiveness Poetry & Songs

Come, come, whoever you are—
Wonderer, worshipper, lover of leaving.
It doesn’t matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow
A thousand times
Come, yet again, come, come
.

—Rumi

When
The violin
Can forgive the past
It starts singing.
When the violin
Can stop worrying about the future
You will become
Such a drunk laughing nuisance
That God
Will then lean down
And start combing you into
His
Hair.
When the violin can forgive
Every wound caused by
Others
The heart starts
Singing.

—Hafiz

Forgiveness is the cash you need…
Forgiveness is part of the treasure you need
To craft your falcon wings
And return to your true realm
Of Divine freedom.

—Hafiz
